Just when you think it's over, it's not. My husband's car was towed today because of "expired tags"- even though he paid for two years' worth of tags, for the vehicle registration. He can't remember what they looked like to know if we were just given the wrong ones at the MVA (Maryland vehicle administration) or if we were towed for a faulty reason. Either way, it was not our wrongdoing, and we have to pay to get the car from the towing place and pay for ANOTHER two year registration.

All I can do is sigh, really--we can't really do anything about it except pay it, as we don't have the money to take any legal action about it and wouldn't even know where to go to resolve it, anyhow. On top of that, getting commissions done has been slow since break ended, as suddenly we're given projects and papers. All I can do is hope that Thanksgiving break gets here as fast as it possibly can, so that I can get more art done for people. At least November is finally here; that means that December is on its way and the next semester is coming up.

We've just got to hold out until all of this stops hitting us, I suppose. The most annoying part is that I thought it was over, so, having a bit of money, I got l4d2 for me and my husband, costing about 68 dollars total. Surprise! Shit happens! This happened months ago when initially we needed a car- just a few weeks before that, I purchased two kittens from a kitten rescue place, not knowing we'd need money after that. On the bright side, I know shooting zombies is an excellent stress reliever If I could only find the time for everything!

Now, off to go spend some hours on a group project!
