Chill the Minccino (Chillarmy!) and his two sisters, Mindi and Cindi. Mindi has the purple bow, Cindi has the blue bow.
They all come from Snowy Village (which you may or may not remember as Zhu's hometown).
His two sisters collect firewood in the nearby forest as well as ensure that pathways between homes are kept clear of snow. They're content to live as peaceful lives as they can manage away from the hustle of the bigger towns and cities.
Chill needed a bit more of a thrill, as it turns out. After rescuing his sisters from a Skarmory some time ago, he realized he quite enjoyed the rush he got from it and left the village, eventually forming the Rescuers' Guild.
