^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

This is a basic rundown of how to fill it out! There are more things in the .rar file that you should look at. You should also check out the three I made as examples:

The explanation is pretty simple for each category. You stick your team name next to (Guild) Team, you circle your rank (Pichu = beginner artist, Pikachu = moderate artist, Raichu = advanced artist)

Depending on which Missions/Events you did, you fill in the circle with the provided sticker/stamp for that section. In the section for date, you stick the date of when your team FIRST ENTERED, even if it was last April. Basically if you have an App from before, enter the same date for updated teams.

In the little Flower/Bud circle, you stick their gender (male or female, or n/a if they have none). Next to that you stick their name.

Below that, their current app art. In the little green box that's part of their image, you write when that Pokemon was obtained. For example, if your Charmander evolved during Mission 3, and is thus now a Charmeleon, you write "met at Mission 3" in that box under his art. Then, in the history column, you stick Charmander in the middle box. Above that, you may stick their egg if you like. (Even if you never saw them as an egg.) This section isn't super set in stone- just please try to keep track of when your members evolved or hatched and write it down in the provided box.

The sections for nature/trait and moves should be obvious.

Accessories are things you wear and get from Chrys, items are things you get as rewards to Missions/Events, in general. (Vouchers and Scrolls)

That should cover it! I'll try to have people answer questions you might have, but PLEASE try to figure it out on your own first. The answer is probably in the .rar or in this explanation.

~~~EDIT~~~
I accidentally didn't include all of the stickers for each guild in the rar. It's in there now though!
The description seems to mention stuff about missions and when you met that pokemon and such. Is this for people familiar with Explorers? Because I'm completely new and I'm thinking of joining.
Not really. The "Met at.." of which you are talking about is at what point in time did your team or member enter the group and storyline. For example, if a person were to join now and create a team, the "Met at..." part would be "Met at Event 8" since Event 8 is about to begin in a month or so.
You do not have to be familiar with the PMD games. The group is based on the idea of PMD but has a completely different storyline to it. Just be sure to read the FAQs and Newbie Guide, and don't be shy to ask any questions. Me, other admin, or another member will be more than happy to answer whatever you ask.
They are all on the wiki. Please note you are not to have any stamps on your application unless you participated in the actual mission or event.
