Garnish the Bellossom - used to be Merlot's cook before Soba took over. As it turned out, Soba ended up the better chef. Garnish has since been moved to growing tasty herbs in the garden full time, which she doesn't complain about too much.

Roma the Vileplume - runs Merlot's mini apothecary, mostly is left to her own devices. She makes a variety of strange concoctions, and it is said that Garnish didn't always have the color scheme that Merlot so favors -- at least, until Roma helped take care of that, somehow...

Bud the Roselia - the prime gardener for Merlot's courtyard, he has a very good nose for any foul scents that happen to drift into his garden. He'll basically kick your ass if you touch anything, also.
