This took like 3-4 hours... it looks a lot better in person, because I couldn't get the scanner to scan it straight because it's still in the sketchbook (I didn't want to take it out tonight because I'm tired and fear I'll mess up). I was GOING to sleep an hour ago but got inspiration for the background, so I decided to work on it. The gold spots are really shiny in person because it's a gold marker (with sparkles and stuff). I'm thinking about doing a Lugia follow-up picture, because I've also got a shiny silver marker. But I need an idea for a pose... hm, then maybe a Suicune...
Oh, yeah, fullview please. This is the only time I've asked, but it's a lot nicer in fullview.

edit I edited it so that the colors are more vivid, like they appear on paper. This should be a lot nicer to look at now ;)

Ah... it's Ash's dad! I mean... the glorious rainbow pokémon, Ho-oh! Too bad we can't see the sparklyness of the golden marker. But I do like the pose and the coloring. ^^

I love the shading... x__x did you use markers or pencils? prismacolors ne? if they were markers you blended them wonderfully, geebus. I must show this to my friend, he loves ho-oh.
