Well I was gone for awhile and I apologize for it. My laptop had to be taken back to the shop for awhile and it's been busy with work. I'll update what I can while I am here. Edit: While I totally enjoy working on those, and love committing to each icon I make, there really had been many, many requests lately. Even at this moment, I have almost 10 to-reply notes and messages asking me for commissions. And while I am flattered with it, I can't really became a factory,you know.. As soon as I finish one icon, 3 new requests appear, and feeling of being so wanted is touching, but I can't physically be able to keep holding on with that tempo. ^^;
I need hours, sometimes even days,  to make each single commission perfect, and I don't want to sacrifice quality in favor of speed. That's why, for some time, I will be closing commiss

Black Torch~!Man, almost done with the voting for the first character~ I wonder if the voting system will be similar or modified for the second character. Incidentally, wow, I was looking at my last journal entry- thanking y'all to allow the first voted character.. but since then we were allowed a second one as well. That's still pretty amazing to me, and to think about how a lot has been going on lately. It's pretty interesting to be so much more transparent with the community, in regards to our development. It does make sense to me though, since it's thanks to all of you that we are able to continue.
I also wanted to take this time to let you guys know about another project that the LAVAPunch crew has been putting together lately: our first color anthology, "The Black Torch" !!!
We have started a Kickstarter for it- check it out and donate if you can. If you can't, that's cool~ but it'd be great if you could spread the word at least~~~

RequestsAlrighty, I'm in a drawing mood and have very little inspiration! XD So, that's where you guys come in! I'll be taking a grand total of seven request. The max amount of characters per request is 2 and I am going to be picky choosy for once. The style and detail will all be based on how productive and creative I feel and how much I like the character/s I'm working with. They will all be made with either Valentine's day or with a floral theme in mind.

Back from Animate Miami!So, me and :iconXyAckhart: came back from Miami yesterday, but by the time we got home, we just pretty much went straight to bed XD . As much as I really wanted to watch the new episode of ponies as soon as I got home, we were just sooo tired ^^; .
So yeah, tons of fun! Me and Xy were Apple Bloom and Applejack respectively, and unfortunately I was the only CMC there (Besides Michelle Creber herself, of course XD ). We went to her panel, and I got to ask a question (Though it got pretty embarrassing for me 'cause I don't think really anyone got what the hay I was asking ^^; ). She's pretty cute and nice, though~. Didn't get to meet the other voice actors, which is a real shame; I wanted to get Peter New to use his Doctor Stable voice and say this line from a comic, "I know what the trouble is: A severe case of HANDSOME DOCTOR PONY-ITIS". Anyway, I later then got in line for Creber's autograph on one of the prints they were giving away at the con for autographs & have a photo with her. G

I am feeling the sting in my wallet after japan and like 3 weeks of solidly working on PMD and also paying for my next convention hotel rooms and planes and bs

please commission me for a painting so i can keep working on the next pmd flash stuff without having to stall it??????? semi-rendered paintings (a little more than a speedpaint) for 40 dollars a character UNLESS ITS PORN then its 50 dollars a character

no preference on subject; can be anything, but if it's porn it has to be something i will feel comfortable posting on my adult blog!! otherwise i cant accept it

the commission cant be too complicated it needs to be simple like "my pokemon using an attack" or "my character looking cool/cute/etc" and I will pick the background - you can suggest a setting that will influence what i do with it though! these are supposed to be fun experimental practice and so i dont want to have to super analyze descriptions or anything, please understand! i want to do my best to practice on simple ideas
